1. BECAUSE it greatly surpassed my expectations and unless you plan on spending 24 hours a day in the hotel room and need all the luxuries that you should be venturing out for IN YOUR ROOM.

2. Although Haddon Hall is not luxurious by any means, it is located right by the entrance to South Beach and so it is close to EVERYTHING.
