1. The hotel didn*t offer an airport shuttle or free wifi or breakfast(which a lot of the other hotels in that area have), so I would recomment going to another hotel, with a chance of fresh air.

2. On the last day we were told to pay an additional $50 to stay 3 hours after check out so we could have somewhere to put our bags, come to find out they actually hold your bags for you for free.

3. She suggested that I take my clothes down the block to a laundry mat to wash them; I pointed out that she had a washer and dryer right in the hotel -- surely I could use those for free? Oh, she'd see about that.
