5. this hotel didn't have an iron or iron board in the room, no bucket for the ice machine, the air conditioner was so weak, the channels on the tv only showed spanish channels except 3 channels, also the channels on the tv kept turning by their self, the housekeeping didn't throughly clean the rooms, and finally we had to go to the front desk to pick up tissue because housekeeping didn't leave any when they came.
