1. Bathroom is big enough but it's better to wash fast and run.

5. I also stayed in Aqua hotel on Colins Ave (I was jumping from hotel to hotel a bit due to being unable to fly back to England) and it's a similar pricerange, but so much better.

6. the location wasn't bad (on collins ave- 1 block from the beach) but you'd be better off staying a little further south on Collins as it just has a nicer feel to it, safer, etc.

7. I spoke to the manager and she said she couldn't give me a refund but she informed me that she would give me another room which she assured to me was better.

10. *CONCIERGE: Sweet peruvian lady who was very helpful and set us up on a aligator tour - she was probably the quickest at customer service with little to no waiting timeIn the end, I will not stay here again - for the amount paid to stay here, I would rather pay a bit more elsewhere for better service.
