1. The two negatives were: (1) the deadbolt on our door did not work; and (2) one of the supportive legs under the bed was broken, so we had to position ourselves on the bed very carefully.

6. )I can only surmise that people who wrote less positive reviews either experienced problems that have been fixed, stayed on weekend nights which may be noisier (it's SoBe - what do you expect?) or prefer cookie-cutter chain hotels and restaurants.
