1. We were misled by the beautiful website, it was not at the beach, they did not have the room we reserved, the (bath)room was dirty (toenails on the floor), huge noise all night from probably some airconditioningdevice outside, no mentioning the snack/nuts arrangement I ordered to be in the room and most of all, no interest in why we not pleased.

3. We were charged for breakfast during the stay despite having it included in the price of our stay - please be aware of this as they will still charge your credit card even if you have paid - I am now going through the process of disputing the debits from my card.

7. The room, as we expected, was not a large one but was very clean, didn't smell funky in any way and, very important for me, the shower worked perfectly with enough hot water and water pressure to please anyone.
