2. he said no, and pushed the $21/person/each way hotel shuttle instead (FYI, there's a $2 bus to MIA from 2 blocks away from the hotel, not the best ride of your life but totally safe during the day.

3. Staff rude and only interested in charging you for extras - breakfast (which appeared to be bread and a few spreads - we did not eat), pool towels (which we used once and were stained) and access to the pool (which was the best thing about the place).

9. The location is not the best but its very easy to get to south beach on the bus route which comes every few minutes and is easy to figure out.
