1. We've stayed at this property twice in the last two years and both times have been extremely pleased with its amenities, the friendly staff and the proximity to the ocean, Whaler's Village and its shops and restaurants and the beach walk.

2. Part of problem seems to be staff doesn't have a person walking the grounds and monitoring pool situation; It doesn't seem like guests should have to be put in the uncomfortable situation of asking another guest to please play by the rules.

3. From the moment we arrived, with a special request for a different room (which was taken care of in moments) until the farewell session where we received our leis, every one we came in contact with was helpful, friendly, and eager to please us with a wonderful visit.
