3. (2) great BBQ area - bbq's are offered for free use by guests and it really does make a welcome change from eating out constantly(3) condo's are great if travelling with small children (as we were)(4) nice pool and outdoor area - very clean and gardens well manicured - it's a nice place to be.

7. I must give Maui Beachfront a shout out as they responded quickly and did what they could to assuage our negative reaction, offering a move to a different condo or a refund of one night and a free night on our next year's rental.
