3. The beach is excellent, they offer free beach chairs but there is an additional charge for the cabana beach lounges.

Great for swimming and people watching as you had surfers dealing with some challenging waves while mostly newlyweds strolled the walkway extending the entire length of Kaanapali Beach ending at Whaler's Village on the north end - - a very nice shopping plaza (we saw an excellent and free hula show there).

5. The beds were extremely comfortable (even the sleeper sofa was nice - - usually hotel sleeper sofas are not so nice when you unfold them), the kitchen was modern and fully equipped, the bathrooms were pristine, and the condition of the overall unit was excellent.
