1. The Queen's shops are convenient, with an ABC store for some groceries, but would recommend a drive over to the Waikoloa village market to get more and better priced groceries.

2. Since the shuttle goes in one counter-clockwise direction, it takes a long time to get back to the HGV from the Hilton hotel, so its often convenient to just walk; or just drive, as HGV guests get a free parking pass at he hotel.

3. From the HGV Kohala suites, you can walk to the Hilton hotel, but the shuttle is convenient to take to the hotel, which is a great place to take kids for a couple of days to enjoy those facilities.

4. I would have liked it if there were a convenience store of some kind on site so that we could have reduced our number of trips to the Queen's Market, but that was only a minor issue.

7. Although we the Microwave drawer is convenient, the oven was very low and it was difficult to remove hot items and poses a possible threat for burns to extremities, especially legs.
