Well, three visits to the urgent care facility, four prescription, six days of battling an 'unspecified gastrointestinal illness' accompanied with vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and intense cramping, and now nearly two weeks of silence from a general manager I have decided a public forum is my only option at consumer awareness.
