2. It is a wonderful surprise, but then there is also a page that is completely incomprehensible talking about Hilton Rewards points and that you need a certain amount of points in order to consume the food and water and it seems to indicate that if you eat the food and don't have the points you'll be charged, but it does not state it clearly.

4. I was wondering if this would create problems when sleeping but it didn't since there is a door to the bedroom which prevents all the noise from coming in.

From our initial check-in (where we were able to check in nice and early), to their suggesting the shuttle, to the afternoon free happy hours with appy's, to them arranging transportation for the next day and then a wonderful quiet room for the evening and a great breakfast the following morning.

8. Makes you wonder whether a guest is suppose to pay or what happens if you don't tip considering the breakfast is complimentary? Perhaps management might want to research this matter because at the other 3 to 3 1/2 star hotels I stay at, they don't allow employees to do this because again, it's rather tacky.
