4. We were welcomed with over a 40 minute ride via the shuttle service from Terminal 1 at the airport to the hotel.

10. Courtesy being only a courtesy, we waited patiently while the receptionist typed and searched and clicked and after 5 minutes with absolutely no trace of a smile or any kind of information what the problem was, if there was one, we received our room key and a welcome to the Embassy Suites.
