1. I will probably give this hotel another chance if I happen to stay in the area again, but only if I am guaranteed that I will receive a room on the quiet side.

From our initial check-in (where we were able to check in nice and early), to their suggesting the shuttle, to the afternoon free happy hours with appy's, to them arranging transportation for the next day and then a wonderful quiet room for the evening and a great breakfast the following morning.
