7. I would like to personally thank the front desk Sylvia, Calleen, Charles, Muhammed and Koffi Agassi especially, for always being there to welcome me into my favorite 'starwood' hotel being my 'home away from home' whenever I check in in the late afternoons.

8. This was our first trip to Atlanta and we are certainly returning, as it was made most memorable by the concierge Seibo; was most pleasant after a long trip from LA and an early arrival was most welcoming by your front desk manager Mr Agassi.
