On this next to last trip of the 25th of January 2012 because of our accommodation we were told we would get an additional 1000 SPG points as there was nothing they could do because at 11:30 at night they had rooms that needed to be cleaned but nobody to clean them, and looking at my account they never added the points to my stay.
