Every single time i call to speak with the FD, as soon as they answer, the first line they ask is 'can i place you on hold please?' but yet they don't wait for your
respons
e and put you on hold & just do it anyway whether you want to or not.

I had a MP3 player go missing at a competitors brand, and they went above and beyond to replace the item eventhough it clearly stated on the back of the room door that they are not

ible.

When advised hotel staff, her

e was, 'why didn't you advise us last night?' If I had know there was bugs in the bed, don't you think I would have told you and not slept in your bed.
