1. My experience at the conference was terrific--the sales manager and the entire staff--from the chef to the desk receptionists to the housekeepers--were VERY helpful, kind, accommodating and gracious.

3. Also the shuttle driver did terrific work in getting all the people stranded at the airport back to the hotel in very difficult driving conditions.
