2. I suppose by now I'm considered a 'regular', but I don't think the comfort, courtesy, welcome, service and value that I get are different from what other guests (who may only stay there infrequently and perhaps for a nite or two) receive.

6. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the dining area was larger than average, so - no real complaints; not a bad place to stay for the money if all you really need is a comfortable place to sleep.

I'm going to echo what Biagi and Ideo stated in their reviews: although the hotel was a bit dated (with 60's designs carved into them), the internet was down for the majority of my stay and my magnetic room keycards kept needing to be re-charged, the room was larger than I expected it would be, and the bed was extremely comfortable.
