1. It's next to the GWU Hospital emergency room, so lots of sirens, but it is very convenient to the metro.

10. conveniently located: 15 mn walking from the White House and the Lincoln Memorial, 2 mn walking from the Foggy Bottom subway station, 2mn walking from a great grocery (in front of the subway station).
