2. ) The night clerk took down my e-mail address and cell phone number, and assured me that the manager would contact me as soon as he arrived at 8:30 am and that he would 'take care of me,' yet it is just a few hours short of 4 days since I encountered the bedbugs and I have not heard from the manager.

3. For some reason they forgot to supply clean towels on the first night there, but quickly took care of it when asked.

6. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Washington (an espectacular city, by the way) and doesn't really care about the luxuries and the expensive stuff, but only wants to spend the nights comfortably and safely.
