3. Skip to Saturday afternoon: (after being warned by me, and my apologies offered) my sister-in-law checed in, asked if the room is clean, showed her travel agent's card, and -VOILA- is promptly escorted to her room---- in the NEWER section -- 'UPSTAIRS'.
