1. I tried to upload some photos to a site to get some prints made, and that too, did not go through (in that case it simply timed out, and those were NOT big photos.

2. We checked in this hotel around 11pm and the desk person was very nice and once we were in the room, it was nice big room, bathroom was nice and clean (i am clean freak.

3. Upon return we were caught in a big storm in Chicago and I gave the hotel a call to let them know that I would not be there that night and even though I had 'guaranteed booking' they did not charge me for the night I missed.

4. The positive things I can say about this hotel is it's handy for the freeway, the airport and the US11, (It's almost underneath the junction), and the rooms are very big.
