1. the rooms are not kept clean like you would expect for whatyou are paying.

2. Now for the gross stuff - and I am going to be very blunt here, but first I will set this up chronologically: The cleaning lady knocks like a weak kitten, and we never heard her the whole 6 days we were there.

6. I came back a few weeks later and was refused service because he didnt like it that i stood up to him I have been staying there for years on my trips to the city of Syracuse.

10. Probably the only thing missing was a small coffee pot (I like my brew right when waking up) but it was available fresh in the lobby.
