They certainly acted as though they were a Vegas luxury hotel, but they were actually a low end hotel/casino in desperate need of some paint,
new
carpet, a dehumidifier and customer service training.

upper brass has a the "Hell With You" attitude when it comes to fixing a problem as a few of us had.

I would not stay in the old part again and if I had a room on the

side and it stunk like cigarette smoke I would want my money back and go somewhere else.

Unfortuately, the desk clerk gave us a Suite II room (which is smaller) and after 30-45 minutes (not kidding) on hold with the front desk, they sent someone up with a
new
room key.
