I did not get the room i specifically want and i even told the one taking my reservation what i want in my roon like a spa and she said i got it and its a big spa, but when i check in there was n o spa nothing so i called thier attention and they wont even listen to me so they gave me another room aafter so many talks done there was a tab even my husband wont fit in our tab at home is bigger then thiers, so dissappointed, so guest next time if you haVE SOMETHING YOU WANT IN YOUR ROOM BETTER MAKE SURE YOU WILL GET IT, SO IT SPOILED MY DAY IN RENO.

6. They really need to step it up as far as customer service & attention to detail if they expect to compete with the older, more established hotel/casinos that are more conveniently located in town.

7. We spent alot of money in casino, but it seemed the pit bosses weren't paying attention to the games and our buy-ins weren't tracked properly.

8. The Steak House is pricey but oh so worth it for the special attention and atmosphere, Chevy's mexican cuisine and Asiana oriental cuisine were both tasty.
