As far as the room was concerned, and the staff were concerned, I have no complaints, however, after what we endured on our arrival, which seems to be par for the course, it was brought to our attention, that no matter what we wanted to do (with the exception of the pool and beach which were not an option due to the pouring rain) we had to take a bus (including just grabbing a cup of coffee or a snack).
