1. The staff was somewhat efficient and of course had that Disney patented smile going on.

2. Buses: We never waited more then 10-15 minutes for a bus (one time we had to skip the 1st bus because it was so full, but there was another one a few minutes behind it), we thought they were pretty efficient.
