3. fantasy villa is a very clean quiet villa pool area nice however not good with customer service very disorganized you have to order shuttle a day before one employee tell you every thing is ok another tell you they never received a order or phone call very upsetting when all my family and i wanted to do was go to disney world hassle free if you have a rental and can avoid going into the main office then fantasy villa is ok.

8. The villa itself was very clean, the fittings throughout the villa were good, furniture was in good condition, we had cooker, big fridge/freezer, microwave & a washer/dryer which came in useful for the childrens clothes.

10. There is a good choice of local food and there is a complimentary bus to the parks (although we were not overly impressed with the driver who was sultry and rude).
