1. fantasy villa is a very clean quiet villa pool area nice however not good with customer service very disorganized you have to order shuttle a day before one employee tell you every thing is ok another tell you they never received a order or phone call very upsetting when all my family and i wanted to do was go to disney world hassle free if you have a rental and can avoid going into the main office then fantasy villa is ok.

10. This location is close to all the parks and some outlet shopping centres a free shuttle service was provided which ran at various times and suited our needs as we did not hire a car.
