1. I agree that the shuttle times were not the best--if you were only planning a one day visit.

2. If you did stay here then I would recommend hiring a car as there is no restaurant on site and it is a short walk to the nearest restaruant, and when you first arrive, walking in the dark looking for food isn't the best.

3. We did complain to the manageress who was lovely and did her very best to sort it out but as there are major renovations planned throughout this year, you may want to leave it till next year (the renovations look fantastic by the way - will be worth it when done).

7. we got there on the 9 sep the kids love there room very clen the pool was great just acorss the road from are houes all the staf wear so help full nothing was a prolem i would stay there the next time wee go back close to all the disney parks and hand to the shopes it very good had the best hoilday thanks to staying there.
