2. We stayed at this hotel for the whole two weeks of our stay in Florida and we don't have any complaints, the room was clean on arrival and cleaned daily with new towels and freshly made bed, the bathroom and sink were also cleaned.

4. There were attempts to renovate because the counter tops are grantie and the shower insert looks new but everything else is old.

7. If you are paying more than $50 a night you want to make sure you are getting a new room that fronts on a landscaped area.

9. Disney do fastpass tickets on their rides but universal charge $35 per person for an express ticket which means you can skip the queue on rides but you can only use it once and doesn't include the new rip, ride, rock it.

10. i think a new one' raul' really friendly and helpful and a young one who comported like a 'king' arrogant and unhellpfull (an african american) dont remember the exact name (ieremiah???), 3times sended away then forced to pay upgrade and at least not fixed the save in our room upon request, so from this site 0 points for guest service.
