6. Five minutes is not necessarily a long time, however, when you're standing there waiting and "steaming" because you're being ignored, it's not a good way to start a hotel stay.

10. We made good use of the free shuttle services to the theme parks, the Universal and Seaworld shuttle bus left at 7:30am, which although it was early, was great for beating ride queues and enjoying an empty park.
