7. i a sick and tired about people writing rubbish reviews about this hotel, fair enough it is not the most modern hotel that you could find but remember how much you are paying for the room, it is clean and the sheets and towels get changed every day, if you washed your white sheets every day they would not be a perfect white colour, the reception staff is excellent (there was a lovey young lady on reception every day and she was the most helpfull person that you could find, sorry i did not get her name) the shuttle busses were very reliable and the drivers were very polite, i wantd to speak to the thomson rep but did not want to wait in the hotel for him, the reception gave me his mobile number and the lady from the gift shop came with me and dialled the number and put the money in for me as i was having problems with the phone, other reviews have said tht there have been cigarette burn son the furniture in the rooms, there was some but that is down to ignorant guests not going outside to smoke, i am a smoker and i can honestly say that there are no burns in my house so how are these people managing to burn holes in furniure??? this is a great hotel with fabulious staff you go on holiday to enjoy youself not look for silly things to moan about.
