5. Luze the coffee shop lady was a ray of sunshine ( NOT) and I had to argue with her EVERY DAY to get my breakfast free even though I had my voucher.

10. Drawbacks that prevent an overall higher rating include no in room coffee maker, a very basic free breakfast, typical problems with the plumbing (our toilet ran and knobs on shower were very loose), no free ice and resort fees added into the bill at the end.
