4. The hotel's lush grounds are beautiful and the views from lanai/balcony at restaurant are gorgeous, but when you look down there is really old carpet and dirty stains everywhere.

5. We headed back to Hilton Waikiki and while the view and landscape was not as lush and amazing as the Makaha has to offer, the room was amazing and we were able to vacation in comfort without the worry of bites or diseases from dirty rooms.
