3. YOU WOULD THINK THAT WHILE YOU ARE WAITING TO BE SERVED THAT YOU WOULD AT LEAST HAVE A COOL COMFORTABLE PLACE TO SIT OR WAIT AND THEN YOU WALK IN TO A HOTEL THAT FEELS AS IF YOU NEVER CAME IN.
