1. It did not seem too out of date to me, it was very clean, had cable TV, a refrigerator & all of the necessities.

3. Theresort was very nicely kept up, however some other guests were pigs, trash littered aboutetc but grounds were cleaned up daily.

8. The only good thing I can say is that the bed was clean and comfortable, not lumpy as some other reviewers had noted, so perhaps we got a newer bed.
