1. I was dissapointed with my arrival as no one was at the front desk for 10 minutes and had to wait to get checked in, after a 9 hour flight and 1 hour drive i wasnt impressed.

3. have the owners drop some money for first impressions as one walks in That hallway needs help( see Doubletree Surfcomber's hallways two doors down for example) Dimly lit, it almost gives one an appearance of some boarding house.

5. We were also pretty impressed with the pool and especially the hammock garden between the pool and the beach.

6. The service is excellent, especially at the pool restaurant and bar, although sometimes the front desk people seemed a bit demoralized, perhaps for being the pivot point of all first impressions.
