1. The hotel overall and the rooms are indeed a little worn - particularly the towels - but the beds were comfortable, rooms simple but clean, and staff generally friendly.

7. It appears freshly painted and both room and bathroom, also on the small side, but with a full tub/shower, are very clean and show absolutely no sign of mildew or odor, as reflected in some previous comments.
