The staff were pretty aloof and 'Too cool For School' but then again I'd say that most of the staff in the hotels on South Beach are that way, it's like they're trying to say 'this is the coolest place in the States, if you don't like it you know where you can go as we're fully booked most of the time' - you've just got to rise above it.
