1. The team taking care of transporting, coordinating tours, etc 'helps clients and they are very politely , and in addition they help us to reduce a particular trip we thought that caused us a lot.

9. Be careful with the elevators you have security waiting for you, saying no more than 6 people to ride the elevators, even though the elevator says 2000 lbs.

10. NO - 'you'll be OK - he's gone now' was their reactionI had to run the gauntlet myself - all the staff were concerned about was the fact that I advised them that after I had made my escape that I had heard things being broken - check out the back of the laundry door where they very quickly put up a metal plate to cover where this man ripped it off it's hinges - which I might add could have been injuries to myself if I had not escaped Apart from this incident leaving me very shaken with no support from the staff I did have a good time but was extremely careful as to who was around me in this hotel knowing full well that if you required assistance you would not get it.
