1. best thing about the hotel is the pool, which was large and surrounded by landscaped garden complete with hammocks.

2. One of the best features is that they accomodate Orthodox Jews and changed our room lock to manual so we didn't have to use an electronic cardkey.

The valet parking is ridiculous, they don't answer the phone when you call for the car so when you go down there is a 15 minute wait for them to bring your car, the staff are surly when you ask them to organise a cab for you ('It is new year they are busy, you'd be best to walk') and the pool area is just awful.

5. The best feature is you are a short walk to the beach and the pool area was comfortable and well maintained.

6. We were disappointed with the pool area because it lacks privacy and discretion and it doesn't have decent chairs but worse than that the gardeners were doing maintenance at the best time for enjoying the pool, so it was extremely noisy, polluted and unpleasant.

7. The previous hotel has now been sold and is the W hotel and the current Holiday Inn used to be the best Western.
