1. The poor guy in the reception did is best, but after a lot of harassing, we got a new room with a little bit of water running.

9. The service at this destination is excellent - I encountered Joaquin and a bellmen Cesar - they were super in helping me find fun nightclubs and restaurants - although I must say the newly opened restaurant at the hotel was great - food was - WOW and the service WOW.
