1. m in the morning that we may have to wait untill 15:00 to get into the room this wasnt the case (British hotels would not let you check into a room at 08:00 unless you had paid the night before fee) We can get you into a room straight away was the response, wow very accomidating.

4. I complained numerous times but don't expect a technical response from lobby staff other than 'Good morning sir, yes sir, right away sir, no problems reported but will tell engineering staff sir .

7. There were 3 weddings on the Saturday we stayed and when the room next to us was occupied from midnight onwards by 4 drunk guests the hotel's response - three strikes and they were out - was very professional and meant we got a good nights sleep.
