On checking out we were due to be collected at 14:30 and were due to leave the room at 12:00 i asked at reception if we could leave the cases somewhere for a few hour, the hotel manager who i didnt catch his name was at the desk at the time who said would it be more comfortable if you were to stay in your room untill 14:30 at no extra cost? Wow again of course THANK YOU.

5. Our oversized 2nd floor room was located at the far end of the pool terrace with two very comfortable queen size beds, french doors leading to the pool terrace and even a small view of Biscayne Bay.
