7. First of all, it is a classic hotel with dark paneling, wood trim and just wonderful fountains and deco designs throughout the building.

8. The design of the hotel is wonderful and quirky --- an inside-out arrangement with glass elevators, where the rooms on on the outside and there is a huge courtyard/ garden on the inside.

9. It doesn't even need a major overhaul--a fresh coat of paint, new accent pillows, bedspreads, and furniture cushions would do wonders AND your housekeeping staff need to take some time to do DEEP cleaning.
