1. As she put the new top sheet on, I noticed dried BLOOD on the NEW sheet.

3. It doesn't even need a major overhaul--a fresh coat of paint, new accent pillows, bedspreads, and furniture cushions would do wonders AND your housekeeping staff need to take some time to do DEEP cleaning.

We appreciate and want to compliment Ignacio, the concierge, Aaron, the superb bar-tender at the pool,(who is from new Orleans and made us beignets at home adnd delivered them to us,Raul, the professional and polite pool attendant, Nicole, another delightful pool bartender and Alexa, who to helped us at the when we mentioned the noise.

8. The northerners that flew in loved that fact that the ballrooms open into the courtyard, it is not every day that new Yorkers or Chicagoans get to experience sun and palm tree during the middle of a corporate event.
