Staff were really friendly: our check-in was polite and efficient, the staff member at the pool that I mentioned got us extra loungers, a housekeeper in the hallway saw we were headed to the pool and made sure we knew how to access it, and the valets always said hello and goodbye to us as we came and went.

8. We recently held a 3 day management conference in the hotel and although multi functions were occurring, the management and staff of the hotel insured that everything we planned for was handled efficiently and professionally at all ends.
